CASE INFORMATION AND BACKGROUND

This was our first trip to the library to see if we could verify some of the activity that employees have reported.  The SJGR team obtained an above average range of positive photos (10%) which can be an indicator of spirit activity.   We also recorded an above average level of EVPs .

One investigator felt that at least one of the spirits present has a good sense of humor, and that at least one would like to communicate, but may have trouble understanding modern phrasing. Also, another felt that spirits in the library had known or where very aware of the current staff, and that spirits in the library were interested in one of our other investigators, and following him as he went about his work during the night.

On the main floor of the library, one investigator detected a female presence while in the children’s fiction area. She had light hair, and her clothes could be dated as somewhere from the early 20th century. This investigator also felt a male spirit in the area with the low rows of bookshelves, who may be more associated with the area surrounding library. The same investigator felt as if the front room of the Library was most active with activity.

AUDIO CLIPS

11:36pm – Investigator Juliano was recording audio on the laptop computer and he obtained a positive EVP in response to one of my questions. He also felt like someone was standing over his shoulder when he recorded the EVP and spun around to see that there was no one there. The squeak of the chair he was sitting it can be heard in the recording at the time he spun around in the chair.  This is a B class EVP and sounds like a voice saying “about what” .   Click here to play EVP.
